Peer-to-Peer Learning Program – Crack the Code with Machine Learning

The Peer-to-Peer Learning Program session titled “Crack the Code with Machine Learning” was a technical learning initiative organized by the Computer Club to introduce students to the fundamentals of Machine Learning and help them understand how intelligent systems learn from data to make predictions and support decision-making.

The session was conducted by Mr. Saksham Pathak and followed a beginner-friendly, practical approach to make Machine Learning accessible to students without requiring prior experience. Participants were introduced to the core concepts of Machine Learning, including datasets, models, training, and prediction, helping them build a foundational understanding of how machine learning systems work.

A major highlight of the session was the hands-on implementation using Python. Participants followed a live demonstration to build their first Machine Learning model using popular tools and libraries such as Scikit-learn and Pandas. This practical approach enabled students to connect theoretical concepts with actual implementation and gain confidence in working with machine learning workflows.

The session also introduced participants to beginner-friendly Machine Learning project ideas and useful learning resources, encouraging them to continue exploring the field beyond the session. Students gained insights into how they could apply Machine Learning concepts to real-world problems and develop projects to strengthen their technical portfolios.

The program provided an interactive environment for students to explore one of the most rapidly evolving areas of technology while encouraging curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Organized vibrantly by the Computer Club, the initiative reflected the club’s commitment to making emerging technologies accessible through practical and peer-driven learning. Through sessions like “Crack the Code with Machine Learning,” the Computer Club continues to encourage students to explore Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, develop hands-on skills, and prepare themselves for the future of technology.
